Calculation Formula
Single Caster Load Capacity = Total Weight ÷ 3
Example
Cargo weight: 800kg
Cart weight: 100kg
Total weight: 900kg
900kg ÷ 3 = 300kg
Each caster should therefore have a capacity of at least 300kg. A higher capacity is recommended for additional safety.
